About Me: I've been a lifelong student of movement—basically, if it involved jumping, twirling, or kicking, I was all in. As a kid, I was always on the move, whether it was ballet (my first love), gymnastics, swimming, running, or even martial arts—I have a black belt in Karate and spent years studying Aikido (yes, I can still roll out of just about anything).

Yoga first entered my life at the age of eight, thanks to my parents, and while my practice has evolved over the years, it’s always been a steady companion. I’ve completed over 600 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, breath work, and pre/postnatal yoga—not with the goal of teaching, but to deepen my practice and support myself through various life stages. In 2023, after a period of deep reflection, I took a leap of faith and stepped into teaching. The experience was transformative, and it sparked a vision that ultimately led me to open my own studio.

I bring to my classes—and to studio ownership—more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, where I served as a brand director and co-founder of a hospitality group. That background continues to shape the way I build community: with care, intention, and a warm welcome for everyone who walks through the door. I love teaching a range of styles, from sweaty, empowering power vinyasa to the quiet nourishment of slow flow and Yoga Nidra. When I’m not on the mat, I’m often driving my kids around, cooking for family and friends, or enjoying movement in all its forms—including the occasional living room dance break.
